How do I download the app?

We emailed you the link to the app with your login information. This sometimes takes a few minutes to get to you. If you don’t see it within 5 – 10 minutes, please check your spam folder. For further support contact support@snapflipbank.com

I downloaded the app and can't log in

Please check to make sure you’re using the same information you initially provided and that you are using the same information provided in the welcome email.

If that doesn’t work, sometimes it may take a few minutes for the app servers to communicate and complete the account creation. Please wait 5 – 10 minutes and try again. If you still have troubles please email support@snapflipbank.com

Please go to snapflipbank.com/password-recovery to recover your password. Please make sure you are using the same email as the email you received the welcome email to. If the email is still blank, please contact support@snapflipbank.com
